The Great Break Weekend Holidays program offers respite for people aged 12-18 and 18+, who have high support needs and are living with carers in the southern metropolitan region. Great Break Holidays are designed around the needs and interests of individuals, providing opportunities to make new friends and have new experiences. The program also allows carers to have a break, with full confidence that the program operates on a person-centred approach with trained and professional Scope staff.
Catchment Area:Southern Metropolitan RegionEligibility:People with high physical, medical and complex support needs are a priority for this service, but all expressions of interest will be considered.Age Range:12 to 64 years oldCost:$258.00 per weekend which is inclusive of accommodation, transport, meals and activities.Referral:People can be referred by other organisations or self-refer by contacting the Great Break Team Leader.Attachments:
