Description:

Brotherhood Community Nexus - Individualised Respite Options offers:
- Carers aged 60+
or
- Carers of Indigenous/Torres Strait Islander origin who are aged 50+
and
- Recipients of the Carers Allowance

A break whilst providing respite to the person they support aged 25yrs and over who has a disability. This support is in addition to any respite opportunities currently received.

Supports are tailored to meet the individuals needs in the form of:
* In-home support
* Peer Groups
* Camps
* Recreational Activities - that are community based will be offered both individually and on a Calendar type basis.
* Overnight Care
