Respite is offered at our Connor House facility on a short term basis for adults who have a disability and are living with their family. Longer stays can be negotiated subject to availability of bookings.
Catchment Area:Frankston and Mornington Peninsula.Eligibility:People aged 16 and over who live in the family home.Age Range:16 plusCost:$15 per night for people aged 16 - 20.$20 per night for people 21 and over. Referral:People may refer themselves or be referred by another person by contacting the House Supervisor at Connor House. |
