Description:

Disability Client Services (DCS) provides information, advice and short term assistance to people with intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities, neurological impairments and acquired brain injury through its Intake and Response Service. The Intake and Response Service is the initial point of contact for people requiring eligibility assessment, case management and a suite of other planning and support services.

Respite Services offer families a short-term break from caring for a family member with a disability. Respite care is available at home or away from home, for periods ranging from a few hours at a time to a few days or weeks. It can be used in emergencies or on a planned basis.
