Description:

RAP provides weekend and out of hours recreation and leisure opportunities for teenagers and adults with a disability living in the City of Casey. Activities include but are not limited to - fortnightly Friday night social groups, day trips, bowling leagues, a monthly disco and weekends away. There is a teen-age program and an adult program.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to attend the person must have a disability, live in the City of Casey, live at home with a parent or carer and be independent. If the person requires one to one supervision or support they must provide their own carer. Please call if you require assistance with obtaining a carer.
All new participants must have a Home & Community Care (HACC) Assessment which can be arranged by calling the Community Care intake line on 9705 5442.
