Overview:The Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre Southern Metropolitan Region is the regional contact point for families/carers of people with a disability(ies). We provide assistance and support to families/carers of people with a disability(ies) through CareLine on 1800 059 059 and our Carer Support Workers Disability.The council areas covered by our service are Mornington Peninsula, Frankston, Casey, Cardinia, Greater Dandenong, Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Port Phillip and Stonnington. Other programs CCRCSMR provide through our specific Carer Support Workers include Mental Health, Young Carers, Ageing Carers, Aged Care, Residential Respite, Dementia and Challenging Behaviours.
