Updated: medical rebates and allied health financial assistance information sheet

This fact sheet was originally compiled in August 2011 to assist carers of children and adults with a disability; some of the information will be relevant to others also. It was last revised in August 2012. It contains a range of information gathered from public domains about the various medical and allied health rebates available, as well as some other forms of available financial assistance.
