Carer Support Groups in the southern region - January 2012 update

Carer Support Groups offer carers an opportunity to talk to others in similar situations and share their experiences. Joining a support group with other carers can be a great way to make new friends who really understand what it is to be a carer. It is also a great way to share information and experiences.
